Use of the website
This website provides information about the Touchly app and a contact form for parents and caregivers. Do not misuse the contact form or send unlawful, harmful, or child personal data.
The app
Touchly is intended for short, parent-supervised touch play. It is not a medical, therapeutic, educational, sleep, developmental, or childcare substitute. Parents and caregivers remain responsible for device use, supervision, and following applicable screen-time guidance.
App updates and changes
We continuously develop the app. In doing so, we may adjust the presentation, animations, sounds, content, and interaction flows where there are objective reasons to do so, such as improving the user experience, accessibility, stability, security, compatibility, or technical development. The app's essential functions will remain available; statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Store terms
App downloads, in-app purchases, refunds, and updates may be handled by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where the app is available. Their terms may also apply.
Prices and availability
Website descriptions may change. App availability, included features, and in-app purchase pricing should be confirmed in the relevant app store before purchase.
Intellectual property
Touchly names, logos, graphics, videos, text, and app assets are protected by intellectual property laws unless stated otherwise. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, statutory product liability, guarantees, or other liability that cannot legally be limited. For slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual duties and to typical, foreseeable damage. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
