Use of the website
This website provides information about the Touchly app, a contact form and a survey for parents and caregivers. Do not misuse the contact form or send unlawful, harmful, or child personal data.
Participation terms: survey and Halloween unlock
The campaign is for adult parents and caregivers who have already tried Touchly. Participation is voluntary. No purchase, positive review, advertising consent or newsletter subscription is required. App features already available or purchased remain usable without participating.
Complete the required questions; fields marked optional may be left blank. Honest and critical answers are welcome. If you indicate that you have not yet used Touchly, the survey ends without sending your answers or providing an unlock code. Please do not submit children's personal information. See the survey privacy information for details of processing.
After successful submission and technical acceptance for email delivery, the website displays the unlock code directly on the completion page. The code is not sent to a personal email address. Copy or note it before closing the page. No code is displayed if sending fails; you may retry later.
Redemption requires a Touchly version that supports the Halloween animation and code entry. Open Halloween in the app's animation selection, choose “Enter code” and enter the displayed code. The unlock is intended without a time limit for the local installation and is stored on the device used. No user account or account-based restoration across devices is provided for this unlock. Reinstalling the app or deleting app data may require entering the code again.
The campaign unlocks Halloween; it does not replace purchases of other animations or create a subscription. Later deletion of survey responses or exercise of privacy rights does not revoke an existing unlock. Statutory consumer and data protection rights remain unaffected.
The app
Touchly is intended for short, parent-supervised touch play. It is not a medical, therapeutic, educational, sleep, developmental, or childcare substitute. Parents and caregivers remain responsible for device use, supervision, and following applicable screen-time guidance.
App updates and changes
We continuously develop the app. In doing so, we may adjust the presentation, animations, sounds, content, and interaction flows where there are objective reasons to do so, such as improving the user experience, accessibility, stability, security, compatibility, or technical development. The app's essential functions will remain available; statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Store terms
App downloads, in-app purchases, refunds, and updates may be handled by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where the app is available. Their terms may also apply.
Prices and availability
Website descriptions may change. App availability, included features, and in-app purchase pricing should be confirmed in the relevant app store before purchase.
Intellectual property
Touchly names, logos, graphics, videos, text, and app assets are protected by intellectual property laws unless stated otherwise. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, statutory product liability, guarantees, or other liability that cannot legally be limited. For slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual duties and to typical, foreseeable damage. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
